Rabbi Dan Moskovitz was ordained from the Hebrew Union College, in Cincinnati, OH. Rabbi Moskovitz also holds a Master's Degree in Jewish Education from the Rhea Hirsch School of Education (HUC, Los Angeles) and a Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Laude in Political Science from the University of Judaism. As a Rabbi and Educator, he has over 10 years of professional experience in Jewish organizational life, which includes synagogues, universities, camping and youth movements. He has developed a reputation for his dedication, innovation, and professional skills. He has served Reform and Conservative congregations in urban, rural, and suburban settings from the West Coast to the Midwest. These experiences, coupled with a trans-denominational Jewish upbringing and his years as a youth leader in the B'nai Brith Youth Organization, have helped him develop a varied and rich understanding of the challenges facing Jewish congregations. Rabbi Moskovitz brings a unique blend of Judaism and technology backgrounds to this project. He has been working with computers and Information Technology since he became a Bar Mitzvah and his parents gave him a PC. From that time he has enhanced and expanded his computer and programming skills, as well as his detailed knowledge of emerging technologies. In addition, Dan is also the owner and creator of Stick On Judaism a Jewish software company that distributes calendar resources and software for the PalmPilot, Pocket PC and MS Outlook platforms. Stick On Judaism, in operation for 7 years, has had over 4,000 clients across the spectrum of Jewish organizational and religious life. All the software Rabbi Moskovitz develops for synagogues are tools that he has personally used as a congregational Rabbi and Temple educator.
